Let me summarize what we know so far about the U.S. action against certain Hungarian businessmen and government employees. Initially it was reported that ten people were banned from entering the United States, but by now that number has been reduced to six. We definitely know of one businessman who reported on his fate to ATV.

The largest truffle ever uncovered in Hungary was presented to the national farm museum in Budapest. The 1.28kg specimen - just 20g lighter than the largest truffle ever found in the world - was presented by farm minister Sándor Fazekas.

Further questions will be put to Commissioner-designate Tibor Navracsics in Brussels before MEPs decide whether or not to endorse his candidacy, a source close to the cultural committee said on condition of anonymity. Each group of representatives can submit two questions by Thursday 3pm to be put to Navracsics, the Hungarian Commissioner-designate for Education, Culture, Youth and Citizenship.
