Britannica International School, a British style international school for pupils aged 5-18, has announced the acquisition of the freehold of the building it occupies at Kakukk u. 1-3. Budapest. The building was the former location of the American International School of Budapest who have been Britannica’s landlords for more than three years. The amount of the sale was not disclosed.

Some may find this surprising because institutions of contemporary art and non-profit galleries are chiefly interested in the nature of contemporary art, the idea of a work of art, and their exhibitions follow atr historical and professional considerations.
