Parliament passed a bill banning gambling halls and electronic casinos in a fast-track procedure on Tuesday. Under the new law slot machines may only be operated in three existing casinos, and catering spots may no longer host them. The cabinet submitted a proposal to Parliament to abolish gambling halls and electronic casinos, which is expected to pass today in a fast-track procedure.
