Heritage Transport Season Has Started In Budapest

The popular Heritage Transport Services by BKK and BKV are back in operation again from the beginning of May to the end of September 2017. Besides tramlines Duna Heritage and Thermal Heritage and the Snow White vintage boat, operating as line SH, enthusiasts of old times can also enjoy rides aboard the articulated Ikarus vintage bus this year.
Assembly Supports Budapest-Krakow Twin-City Cooperation

The Budapest city assembly approved on Wednesday a twin-city cooperation agreement between Budapest and Krakow. Representatives unanimously supported the agreement and authorised the mayor to sign it. The pact first mooted in March last year involves creating closer ties between the two cities and nurturing historical and friendship ties.
