Telekom VOLT Festival added eight new names to the already outstanding line-up! The festival takes place between 27 June - 1 July with an excellent family atmosphere and a great line-up, right at the Austrian border. Telekom VOLT festival is an event with great traditions, celebrating its 25th edition in 2017.

The patron of the 21st Csángó Festival is Dr. János Áder, the President of Hungary. This is the Budapest festival for Csángó Hungarians, and the event has international connections as The Pro Minoritate Foundation and the Csángó Cultural Association of Moldva are involved with organising this uniquely colourful and entertaining festival at Millenáris Park on Saturday, 18th February at 19.00.

It has become a tradition for The 100 Gypsy Violins to give a gala concert on December the 30th. The audience will get the chance to hear the pieces of Liszt, Brahms, Strauss and Khachaturian in the interpretation of outstanding musicians.

Two Korean opera singers open the 1st Korea-Hungary Classical Music Festival with famous opera arias and Korean songs. Yunah Lee, performing frequently at the US opera houses, is broadening her stage to Europe. She is thrilling the audience with “handsomely colored full lyric sound”. Jaeheui Kwon, a young tenor based in Italy, is performing at Teatro alla Scala and the Korean National Opera. T
