362 Thousand 'Szitizens' At Sziget Festival In Budapest

The 2013 Sziget Festival saw a total of 362 thousand visitors present on the island throughout the 7 days of the event. This figure is slightly lower than last year, still it makes sure that the Budapest-based giant is one of the most attended and probably the most international festival of Europe.

In the middle of the Szecska season, the semiannual, all-in-one sparty extravaganza is back in Szechenyi Bath to enchant sparty-goers. On the first Saturday of August, the spectacular summer edition is dedicated to future disco. In addition to music and lights, unique performances, laser shows and awesome visuals will amaze dancers floating in the 37 degrees Celsius thermal water.

"After a brief mental arithmetic and rummaging through the archives, the magic number came up: the 3rd April Rudas sparty will be the 100th water-related Cinetrip. For this festive occasion we turn back the time: old and new audiovisual elements will be pleasantly stirred. In the swimming-pool DJs from the first parties, in the hall silent movies in a new disguise.
