“We Will Not Be Silent!” Demonstration Draws Thousands Of Young Protesters

Budapest’s Szabadság (Freedom) square hosted a novel demonstration of sorts Saturday evening. Starting at 5:30 pm and lasting until 10 pm, the “We will not remain silent!” protest featured musical performances by a variety of musicians and DJs, as well as speeches by notable artists and activists. As many as 10,000 people mostly in their twenties and thirties attended.
Titanic International Film Festival In Budapest, 6 - 13 April

Organisers say this festival connects the world by bringing films from 27 nations to Budapest. The eight-day long 24th Titanic International Film Festival will present 34 fresh, all said to be 'exciting and must-see movies'.

In its history, Bosnia has been part of many empires: Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, Austro–Hungarian… each has left its imprint and its religion – Catholic, Orthodox, Islam, Sephardic Jews, expelled from Spain, arrive in the 16th century.
