Daniel Gliksten has still not been found despite a police search, he went missing in the early hours of 1 January 2013 after leaving the Otkert bar. He was last seen in the city center on Zrínyi street, District V. His family have now flown to Budapest from the UK to help with the search.

János Szita and Zoltán Kovalik plan to run the 1,000-km distance between Kaposvár and Voronezh in tribute to the heroes who died in action at the Don bend in World War II. The pair plan to cover the distance between April 18 and May 9.
