Markus Hilken was born in Germany in 1968. He began his career as a developer at a startup company in 1992, and later on went to Luxemburg, where he worked for 3 years. He joined business software maker SAP in 2001, and became director at Global Support Center Hungary in 2005. Two years ago he made a promise that he will execute a bungee jump each year. Markus is married and father of two.

Fodor was born in Budapest Hungary; he left at the age of 10. He got his schooling in the U.K. and Canada. After attending the Civil Engineering Faculty of Concordia University in Montreal Canada he joined Transport Canada and spent time building airports in the arctic.
