The Áts family is a long-established name in the Tokaj wine Region of northeastern Hungary. Károly has followed in his father’s footsteps, and is now rated as an important and innovative producer in the country. In 2012 he was awarded 'Wwinemaker of the year' by the Hungarian Wine Academy.
