It’s the Christmas fair at BISB, where visitors could find lots of tempting Christmas goodies. As well as games and raffle prizes there was also the opportunity for photographs with Santa and Olfa.

Hungary’s biggest arts festival, the 27th Valley of Arts will take place between the 21st and 30th of June in Kapolcs, Vigántpetend and Taliándörögd. The ten-day long festival awaits visitors with nearly 1200 programmes and acts: concerts, theatre plays, literature sessions, communal programmes, interactive games in a number of new yards. Ganges-Danube Cultural Festival In Hungary, 17 - 19 June

In honour of the World Day of Yoga the Indian Embassy in Hungary organizes this special series of events to highlight the importance of healthy living through the ancient and traditional art of yoga. The programmes include dance and music performances, a film screening, an Indian martial arts show and gastronomy related events, and of course visitors can enjoy several yoga classes.

Thanks to an excellent response, registration is now complete. 100's of Xpats are on the official guest list for XpatLoop's 15th birthday bash in Corinthia's historic ballroom, featuring plenty of refreshments and a few surprises, all adding up to make this an enjoyable and worthwhile social networking event.

Budapest Pride Festival began on 3 July with the official opening ceremony! This year’s motto "Empowered by 20 years” allows us take a look back at the past two decades of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) tradtions, and refers to the power of the community, its (self) organization and presence, which can be the only way to achieve equal rights and social justice.
