• Paddy And The Rats @ Budapest Park, 26 June

    Paddy & The Rats was formed by the singer-songwriter Paddy, Vince (bass) and Joey (electric guitar) in 2008. Then Seamus (drums) joined them and two authentic musicians, Sonny (accordion) and Sam (fiddle, tin whistle, banjo and bagpipe). In spring 2012 Sonny has left the band and Bernie took his place. As for their becoming rats, the six pirate say: punk is the same in music as rats among the animals – dirty and malicious, and they exactly play it.

The world famous musician will appear for the first time on June 26, 2015 at the Open-air Theater on Margaret Island.

    A drone imagery company has published a stunning 5-minute clip of the Kőröshegy viaduct, Hungary’s longest bridge. The 1872-metre long viaduct, on the route of the M7 motorway between Zamárdi and Balatonszárszó at the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Somogy county, was handed over to traffic in 2007.

At the opening ceremony Vice Chairman of CPPCC Shandong Provincial Committee Zhang Chuanlin said Shandong’s economic relations with Central European countries are intensive and Hungary is an important investment destination.
