Tamás and Sebastian, The Tasting Table sommeliers, head into the kitchen to prepare a Hungarian favorite, lángos!
Lángos is a disc of fried dough, usually topped with garlic, sour cream, and cheese. It’s a treat that’s hard to resist! Often found at market halls, and at lakeside kitchens along Lake Balaton, lángos is also quite easy to prepare at home.
As usual, a few bottles of wine will be cracked up open to enjoy time in the kitchen!
