Suzuki Cuts Back To One Shift In Hungary
Magyar Suzuki has cut the number of shifts at its Esztergom factory from two to one until the end of the year, spokeswoman Viktória Ruska announced on Monday. Production of the Slash and S models has come to an end, but preparations are ongoing to begin production of a new SUV model, the Vitara, she added.

Full-scale production is due to start early next year.

Suzuki still maintains its target of producing 150,000 cars in Esztergom this year.
