Reminder: AISB Int'l Festival, This Sunday

The International Festival is organised annually by the Parent School Association of the American International School of Budapest (AISB). Organisers say, as the main event of the year, it defines the school and the Budapest community that we all live in. Held for the last 18 years, in 2016 it attracted over 3500 visitors, it is a major fund raiser supporting many good causes, and is well worth adding to your social calendar.
"It is a fun-filled day bringing together our whole community to celebrate its unique diversity", say the organisers. All proceeds from the event go to support the various “service learning” and “community service projects” the AISB students are involved in, such as: Walk the Wish , Habitat for Humanity, Senegal Project, Dog Shelter, Color Run and Children’s homes: Solanta, Myklos, Bolyai and Brezno.
The International Festival is scheduled for Sunday, May 21st, 2017, between 11:00 - 16:00.
This years International Festival will have for the first time, a Music and Cultural stage, on which a combination of different music styles and dance will showcase the diversity of our community.
