'Autumn Gastrowalk' In Etyek, 24 – 25 October
During the autumn-winter season, three themed events are organised on the Gastro-Promenade until the Winter Picnic in January. The first of these is the Autumn Gastrowalk on October 24th-25th.

The gourmet specialty of the autumn period is that after the harvest you can taste “must” and “murci” beside the unadulterated flavors of autumn, the excellent palóc soup, pumpkin cream soup, not to mention the pumpkin-poppy strudel!

In addition to the gastro programs, you can also visit Etyek for hiking or there are 20 e-bikes available for two-hour guided bike rides, there will also be an outdoor gallery and portraiture, or you can even relax to a little chill, organic music next to the vineyards.

After the Gastrowalk, the Goose Fest will be organised - within the framework of which the already traditional goose run will be held - and before Christmasthere will be an open cellar entitled Advent.

This year, the events of the Gastro-Promenade will be held on the following dates:

  1. AUBERGINE CELLAR

    • 10.30am. 3.30am. Common eggplant cream making!

    • Pumpkin soup with roasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil

  1. TRANSYLVANIAN FLAVORS COURTYARD AND SOBOL WINERY

    • Stuffed grape leaves

    • Transylvanian „csorba” soup with meatballs

    • Grilled meech on charcoal

    • Tarpa palinka, Csíki beer and Sobol winery wines

    • Capacity: 60 people

  2. THE CELLAR OF HAM MASTER LACI ÁRPÁS

    • 2-year-old, salt-cured, air-dried ham specialties

    • Southern flavors, oven and grill dishes
