New Wave Pizza & Natural Wine Festival In Budapest, 26 – 27 September

Join on the 26-27 September at BlitzKert, where you can enjoy the new-wave pizza experience along with a natural wine sensation.

Although, all pizza makers have their own style and different approach to the perfect pizza, they have a lot in common.

For instance, they all believe in a slow rising dough; or the strive for high-quality toppings that creates a character for the pizzas; and that "sustainability" and "comfort-food" are the most favorite expressions.

Finally, together with friends, who we share this vision and are all devoted pizza-craftsmen, the date was set for this ensemble. 

In addition to the great pizza, the best natural wine selectors of the country are invited, who will represent the next breed of natural and biodynamic winerie.

Natural wine makers are changing the game in the wine industry creating a wave of sustainability and a common vision with pizza-craftsmen.

Balaton Wineries Shine Again at Wine Grand Prix in Hungary

The Hungarian Wine Writers’ Circle (MBK) has announced the winners of its annual Grand Prix, with Lake Balaton’s wine regions once again claiming the top honours. In the white wine category, the 2024 Kéknyelű from Bálint Földi (Badacsony) took the top spot, while the 2021 Peregrina blend from Zelna Winery (Balatonfüred) was named the best red.
