Rosalia Wine Festival, Budapest City Park, 2 - 4 July
Rosalia is the most popular annual summer wine fest in the city, where thousands meet up for a few glasses of rosé, sparkling wine, and more, in Budapest's picturesque City Park, in the heart of the city.

50 or so wineries will pour every type of Rosé around, for example: Bock Cellar (Villány), Dúzsi Family Winery (Szekszárd), Dubicz Winery (Mátra), Etyeki Kúria (Etyek), Garamvári Vineyard (Balatonboglár), Gere Tamás & Zsolt Winery (Villány), Haraszthy Vineyard (Etyek), Hilltop Neszmély (Neszmély), Koch Winery (Hajós–Baja), Paulus Wine House (Mór), Teleki Wines (Villány), Vylyan Vineyard and Winery (Villány).

The festival organisers told XpatLoop:

"We started in 2012, years have been passing by quickly, and here we are now in 2021, watching our beloved event grow almost adolescent.

A lot happened in the last decade: an early audience of a thousand people swelled to thirty thousand; we moved from the right bank of the Danube to the left, into City Park Budapest; the number of exhibitors and programs multiplied. But the story is by far not over yet.

We look at the past with heart-warming nostalgia, we adore the present, and we see the future in as pink as possible! City Park, here we come again!
