Yettel Hungary Drastically Raises Prices
Yettel will increase its prices by 14.5% from March 14, in line with its inflation-indexing scheme, the telecom company announced.

Yettel is for the first time applying the pricing scheme announced last year.

The inflation index is identical to the average annual inflation in 2022, published by the Central Statistics Office on February 24.

Fees based on data traffic, SMS fees and the price of additional services do not change.

Prices for the new retail voice and mobile internet products launched on March 2 do not change either.

Magyar Telekom also introduced inflation indexing this year, Portfolio adds.
