OTP to Renew Historic Former HQ in Budapest
OTP will renovate the historic building at Nádor utca 21 in the Fifth District in Budapest, its former headquarters, the bank announced.

The architecture firm Paulinyi & Partners designed the renovation of the Art Nouveau office and residential building built in 1910-15 for Ugriai-Fasici Fabank, one of the largest timber companies in Hungary at the time.

The courtyard will be covered by a glass roof and community space will also be established.

In a separate statement released on the stock exchange website on Monday, OTP revealed its present ownership structure.

The bank owns 0.2% of its own shares, foreign legal entities own 54.56%, domestic legal entities 31.46%, domestic persons 13.44%, foreign persons 0.48% and the state 0.05%.

The share of other owners amounts to 0.01%.
