Budapest Wine Festival, Castle District, 12 - 15 September
This annual celebration held in the historic surroundings of Buda Castle every September brings fine wine producers and enthusiasts together to sample the best examples from Hungary’s many wine regions.

With a glass in hand guests can then match wines with food delicacies, exchange ideas with winemakers, and enjoy the panoramic views from this stunning setting overlooking the Danube.

This year festival visitors can once more marvel at Hungary's heritage and discover the country's top wines while strolling around the castle buildings steeped in tradition.

Again the event will welcome wine lovers with the opportunity to enjoy VIP terraces, professional programs, 'wine-cultural' and gastronomic experiences - including Georgian delicacies.

Georgia will be a guest of honour at the 33rd Budapest Wine Festival, and will present its special vintages alongside wines from Hungarian and international producers.
