Employees Summoned Back to Work at MOL Campus in Budapest
The MOL Group will discontinue its home office policy starting July 1, making in-office work the default mode across the company.

In a letter to employees, MOL emphasised the importance of personal presence in fostering collaboration, creativity, and team spirit.

The change also reflects efforts to better utilise the MOL Campus, the company’s 28-storey, 68,000m² headquarters in Budapest, which can host 2,500 employees.

Currently, one day of remote work per week is permitted, but this option will be eliminated.
