Modem Festival welcomes you back to the next edition held on 28 May. It’s hard to believe that we have been around for five years already. We certainly didn’t do this all on our own, and we want to celebrate and thank those people who have helped us to get where we are now. Szitizens come already from 95 countries, so Sziget will once again become a giant multi-cultural gathering with 7 days of great music, arts and many more. Sziget is held on a beautiful green island in the middle of Budapest between 10-17 August.

Simultaneously with Ludwig Museum’s recently opened exhibition Passion. Fan Behaviour and Art, Rock/Space/Time takes its audience on a journey through the recent past of the Hungarian visual arts scene. In addition to the analysis of fan behaviour, this exhibition focuses on the relation between popular music and contemporary art.

The 5 days festival organized on the beach of Lake Balaton will celebrate its 10th edition this year featuring the biggest electronic and hiphop names. This time Chris Brown, Steve Aoki, Deorro, Ellen Allien and many more have been added to the program. Balaton Sound is held in Zamárdi between 6-10 July.
