Police at the Budapest international Liszt Ferenc airport have seized a large haul of cocaine worth some 625,000 euros from an Italian man, the national police said on its website. The man was detained in an operation on Tuesday shortly after midday on Wednesday, the police said.

Police at Budapest’s international Ferenc Liszt airport have seized a large haul of cocaine worth well over 300,000 euros from two Portuguese nationals. Police said on their website that a man and woman were detained on Jan. 10 after they exhibited suspicious behaviour.
