The fifth Liszt Fest International Cultural Festival will once again take centre stage in Budapest this autumn, bringing together leading figures from classical and contemporary music while also embracing cross-genre collaborations and a wide spectrum of the arts. Organised by Müpa Budapest, the festival runs from 9 – 22 October.

On for the 16th time, it will feature almost 100 designers from seven central European countries in 2025. The Budapest Central European Fashion Week (BCEFW) unfolds from 1–7 September, and will showcase the spring–summer 2026 collections alongside more than 50 accompanying events in venues across the capital, including the National Dance Theatre.
'ArtPicnic' Invite: Ceredi Artists to Celebrate 30th Anniversary with European Guests

The Cered Art Colony, which is 30 years old this year, will celebrate with what they call an ArtPiknik on August 9th. In addition to fine art, visitors will also be treated to local gastro delights, family programs, music concerts and theater productions, Csaba Fürjesi, one of the founders of the art colony, told MTI.
