Customs guard spokesman Jenő Sipos said the shipment, one of the largest drug hauls in Hungary in recent times, was detected by an x-ray of a Serbian truck carrying metal scaffolding.

According to an article in Le Mond of 26.10.10, the German team that beat Hungary in the football World Cup final of 1954 received "injections of a doping product during the tournament". Apparently the Team German final victory was a major surprise as Hungary had trounced them 8-3 in the group stage of the tournament. Here's a retro video of the action.

According to The Sacramento Bee, György Soros donated one million dollars to an organization campaigning for the legalization.
