TAP Portugal is suspending its Budapest flights in April, an airline representative said in daily Magyar Hírlap. Péter Szolnok told the paper that the airline came under new management last year and the strategy they adopted involves scrapping a number of flights, such as ones to Bucharest, Goteborg, Hannover and Zagreb.

The departure and arrival information system of Liszt Ferenc International Airport showed all of Lufthansa’s Budapest flights had been cancelled on Wednesday, with the exception of its morning and evening Munich flights.
