Rita Tóth AIWS, dedicated #winelover and #travellover, was born in Eger, Hungary where her family has a tradition in vinegrowing and winemaking. After gaining a BA in Business Administration she moved to Australia, where she started her career in the field of recruitment, but also drew inspiration from the vineyards of Barossa and Hunter Valleys to move towards the wine business.

Hungary’s famous craft-beer festival is rolling again at June 5-7 at Budapest’s biggest and most elegant historical park – Városliget. Hungary’s craft-beer scene has seen an incredible growth in the last few years and still gaining speed! So has Főzdefeszt that has grown from a festival attracting 10.000 visitors to a mass-celebration with 40-50.000 people twice a year.
CNN To Air Budapest Episode Of Celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain’s Cooking Show

CNN is to air the Budapest episode of world-famous US celebrity chef, author and television personality Anthony Bourdain’s food & travel show “Parts Unknown”. According to the programme’s trailer, the celebrity chef is a huge fan of all things available at a traditional Hungarian street food shop and the Roma singer Bangó Margit, whom he visited in the capital.
Rain Couldn’t Stop Budapest Gourmet Festival

Some hadn’t noticed that this year’s Gourmet Festival’s official food was the chicken paprikash and the ćevap. As always, as soon as the Gourmet Festival had started, it’d started to rain. The opening was difficult with the constant raining but in the second day, the gourmands were more prepared: the Wellington boots had appeared as well as the rain coats and the wine glasses, too.
