KSH Releases 2016 Household Energy, Food Consumption Data

Hungarians’ monthly per capita spending on foodstuffs was at 20,400 forints (EUR 65.4) in 2016, up by 2.6% in current prices from the previous year, a summary of data published by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) shows. Adjusted for inflation, food consumption spending rose by 2.3% in real terms during the period.

Just like you, most probably, I find some high-end restaurants a tad stuffy sometimes. You know when you’re not sure whether to have the sparkling or still water without upsetting the waiter. Well rest assured the staff at the sister restaurant of Costes are very easy-going, as well as knowledgeable and prompt, and thankfully the food lives up to the Michelin-starred reputation.

A third generation career Hotelier, Peter was born in the western Victorian (Australia) town of Hamilton where his grandfather was a Publican after the Second World War. His father Bruce was the youngest Council member of the Australian Hotels Association, whilst managing a large Hotel operation in Portland also in western Victoria, before moving his young family to Melbourne.
