Born in 1919, his family made a living from agricultural activities on their land in the vicinity of Törökszentmiklós, in the Northern Great Plain region of central Hungary. He completed his legal studies in the Collegium Juridicum, Foglarianum in Eger, and obtained his doctoral degree in Kolozsvár (Cluj-Napoca).

Erika Clements is an American who has been living in Budapest for over 10 years. In 1999, Erika founded the relocation division of Move One Relocations in Budapest. Now with offices in almost 40 countries, Erika and her husband Curt travel frequently to many of the Move One office locations as well as to new locations where new offices are being set up.
