I've always fought against high-alcohol, high tannin, and hard to drink wines. A wine shouldn't have to punch you in the nose, says Tamás Dúzsi, who's won the trophy for best red at the 21st Vinalies Internationales in Paris, an all-time first for a Hungarian wine.

Only the finest contemporary Tokaji wines are offered at the Great Tokaj Wine Auction staged annually by the Confrérie de Tokaj in Sárospatak Castle, Hungary as part of the Tokaj Spring event. Each is a unique barrel lot (136 l), a primeur wine that is available exclusively at the Auction to be held on 25th April 2015.

After having taken different responsibilities in Sales and Marketing in Paris and South of France at the Le Meridien Juan les Pins and Le Meridien Nice, Julien moved to Hungary in 2010 to take over the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for Le Meridien Budapest.

Robert Gilvesy was born to Hungarian parents who travelled from Szatmár County to Canada to join the Hungarian diaspora looking for international opportunities and adventures. He grew up on a Canadian farm and developed an inner resonance with the land and soil. He was trained as an architect and after a successful career in business, he rediscovered his passion to work on the land.
