Budapest may receive 400-500 billion forints (EUR 1.3-1.6bn) in direct EU funding over the next seven years, Mayor István Tarlós said. Budapest was not going to receive “too much” EU funding, but the situation has “greatly changed”, Tarlós told commercial broadcaster RTL II.
