The Socialist party has started collecting signatures for a petition against building a museum quarter in Budapest’s Városliget (city park). The Bubi bicycle rental network is expected to start operating in Budapest next April, MOL CEO Zsolt Hernádi and mayor István Tarlós announced on Wednesday. MOL, as chief sponsor of the project, will provide Ft 122 million of the estimated Ft 250 million annual costs of the system. The remainder will be paid by the city, which will receive the revenue from the rentals.
