Prisoners will make boots for the armed forces under an agreement signed yesterday between the Defence Ministry and the state corrections authority. The Ipoly shoe factory will deliver 2,500 pairs of boots to a value of Ft 70 million. The ministry said the deal will save 30% in costs.
