LIBE Mission to Hungary Raises Alarms Over Judicial Independence, Civil Society Pressure

The European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) on Tuesday presented the mission report of a delegation which visited Hungary between April 14 and 16 to assess the situation of democracy, the rule of law and fundamental rights in the country since its last visit in 2021.
