The main task for the European Union is to regain its credibility so as to avoid that public trust towards its institutions further wane, Hungary’s president said in Sofia where János Áder attended a meeting of presidents of the Arraiolos Group. Public trust in the EU will continue to further weaken if its leaders remain unable “to think in strategic terms.”
