M5, the new state television channel focusing on education and culture, was launched on Sunday. On the first day the channel attempted to broadcast a sample of every programme before midnight.

The organizers promise to evoke most of the features of typical Viennese balls. As well as Austrian waltzes, operetta will be presented by the celebrated soloists of the Budapest Operetta Theatre. The show will be enriched by the choreography of Evelyn Teri, living in Vienna, the choreographer of the program of the Vienna Opera Ball and the New Year's Concert of 2015, former pupil of Plisetskaya.

The first Budapest Circus Festival was held 20 years ago, in 1996 and as a result of the notion and casting of the professionals of the Hungarian Circus And Variety Non-profit Ltd.
