OFF-Biennale Budapest is Hungary’s largest independent contemporary art event, a sort of umbrella project under which other individual events are organised. The 20th Jewish Cultural Festival is being held in seven venues in Budapest. This festival, which was until last year known as the Jewish Summer Festival, presents the values centuries of close contact between Hungarians and Jews have brought to this country, András Heisler, leader of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Hungary (Mazsihisz), said.

The fourth Food Truck Show, is held in Budapest between 1 – 3 September at Kincsem Park racetrack. On the offer: burgers, sausages, vegan bites, cold beer, and many other street-food treats await visitors. 52 buffet cars will be providing more than 200 kinds of food.
