As many as two-thirds of Hungarians surveyed said they will take a summer vacation this year, up from 48% a year ago, according to a survey conducted by Budapest Bank, Hungarian News Agency MTI reported today.

Hungarians paid a total 4.2 million visits to other countries in January- March this year, up by 17% from the same period last year, business daily Világgazdaság said on Tuesday, citing data from the Central Statistical Office (KSH). Hungarian visitors spent 164 billion forints (EUR 523.9m) abroad, up by 32% compared with 2015, according to the data.
