The National Weather Service Thursday evening issued a special weather alert from Thursday until midnight on Sunday as temperatures exceeding 26C degrees on Friday and 27C over the weekend are expected in most of the country. Residents are asked to drink plenty of fluids in the coming days and, if possible, to avoid the blazing sun between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
