The Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is joining Hungary’s nationwide Night of the Museums for the very first time – and not just in any way.
Their full-day, free-to-attend event welcomes visitors with a unique cultural experience, where contemporary visual art, traditional Venezuelan music, hands-on creative workshops, and authentic flavors come together – much to the delight of both children and adults.
At the heart of the event is Zeus Salas, a Venezuelan painter whose works will be on display in a special pop-up exhibition inside the Embassy.
This time, Salas’s vivid imagery will come to life not only on canvas, but also as LEGO-mosaics through a community building session with the Nyíregyháza-based tekerd! group, open to all. And since music has always been the heartbeat of Venezuelan life, the day will also feature live concerts and flavourful culinary delights.
This is a true celebration of culture – with the spirit of Venezuela brought to Budapest.
