Gov't Websites Hit By Cyber Attacks – Mainly From Foreign IP Addresses
Several government websites have been hit by coordinated cyber attacks in recent days, causing disruptions in their availability, the government portal kormany.hu said on Tuesday.

The attacks have mainly come from foreign IP addresses, with their main targets being government and public administration websites, the portal said.

The National Infocommunications Service Company is working to ward off the attacks and ensure that the websites run smoothly.

The government is investigating the attacks and will take the necessary legal steps in the matter, the site added.
