Hungary Records 51 Covid Fatalities, 780 New Infections
Fully 51 patients, generally elderly with co-morbidities, died over the past 24 hours, while 780 new infections were registered, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Thursday.

So far 4,829,595 people have received a first jab, while 2,814,805 have been fully vaccinated.

The number of active infections has declined to 115,029, while hospitals are treating 1,836 Covid patients, 212 of whom need respiratory assistance.

Since the first outbreak, 800,368 infections have been registered, while fatalities have risen to 29,380.

Fully 655,959 people have made a recovery.

There are 16,210 people in official quarantine, while 5,687,117 tests have been officially carried out.
