Watch: “I Bike Budapest” 10,000+ Riders Out to Make Capital Better for Cycling
Police estimated that more than 10,000 people took part in the “I Bike Budapest” bicycle procession on Saturday, said the event’s organizers in a statement.

The purpose of the event was to highlight specific demands for making Hungary’s capital more bicycle-friendly, such as a bus lane on the Chain Bridge that bikes can also use, and bike lanes for Üllői Road and Astoria, said head organizer Áron Halász.
