* 10 km individual or in pairs,
* 5 km individual,
* 2,5 km running or walking.
In addition to women of all ages, boys/men are welcome to participate in some of the programs:
3 x 2 km relay (one member of the team must be a woman),
1000 m family run (to make sure the little ones don’t miss out on the fun)
