Hungarian Developer WING Sold Nearly Euro 300 Million of Real Estate in 2024
WING group sold real estate with a value of close to EUR 300m in 2024, the Hungarian developer said.

WING sold the 6,500sqm Honved Center office building in Budapest and the 15,000sqm React office in Lodz, Poland. In Berlin, it sold a 10,500sqm office, part of the Neue Bockbrauerei development, as well as a 8,500sqm rental home project.

Chairman-CEO Noah Steinberg said the group would continue to focus on residential developments, "complementing" the activity with a presence on the commercial real estate market, including the industrial, hotel and retail segments.

WING group has a portfolio of 5.5 million square metres in Hungary, Germany and Poland.
