- 11 May 2026 3:10 PM
Szentkiralyi pledged to introduce an internal compliance programme for green marketing regulations, hold training sessions for affected staff and review communication on its corporate website.
GVH launched the probe of Szentkiralyi parallel with ones of Fonte Viva and Coca-Cola HBC Magyarorszag for promoting their products as environmentally friendly in a manner that could mislead consumers.
The companies had touted their bottles as "100pc recycled" which GVH suggested was greenwashing.
