It’s been a long time since I last posted a blog. Not because I’ve got lazy! But because I’ve been travelling so much lately. I’ve been away for large parts of three of the last four weeks. Each time for really good events, and each of which events were about the Central Europe region rather than just about Hungary. But they’ve taken up so much time! Let me tell you about the trips.

Ádám Dudits is the managing director of SAP Labs Hungary. This development center which employs 250 people heavily contributes to the innovations that the world’s largest business software company offes to its clients – including Hungarian businesses. Before his current position, he served as the marketing director of SAP Hungary, and had gained a solid career record in public administration.

Born in Birmingham UK in 1964, father of 3 children. Relocated to Hungary in 1991 and worked in IT industry. As Sales manager and then Managing director for 21 years with a Local Hungarian IT Product and Services company.
Ferenc Kumin, Former Duty State Secretary For International Communications

Ferenc Kumin is an economist and political scientist. He holds two MAs from the Corvinus University of Budapest and from CEU, and is a PhD candidate at the former. His fields of interest have been political communication and campaigning, political effect on finances, e-governance and e-democracy, and functioning of the parliamentarian heads of states.

After doing my first Balaton Swim with Kevin Jackson 3 years ago for charity (raising money for the Hungarian Fair Trade Campaign), I have impatiently been waiting to do a second. Two years ago, after many weather postponements, the event was cancelled. Last year I had to pull out with 3 slipped disks.
