As these snapshots show, this Xmas event treated the lads from Budapest Celtic and a bunch of other expats to karaoke at The Caledonia and then live music at Roctogon basement club, both on Mozsár street in the 6th district of Budapest.

Thanks to everyone involved HUF 333,000 was raised by 100's of eXpat guests to help sick children in Hungary via the Red Nose ClownDoctors charity.

The second Caledonia Eurovision Party was another great success. Friends travelled from Vienna to join in the fun and mingled with guests from all over Europe as regular customer Terry W compered a fun filled party. Tania Demchvk won first prize - a FoxAutorent car for the weekend - for her careful predictions on who would win. Roll on next year.

Over 150 Xpats enjoyed live music and good company at this charity special, with main sponsor Wallis Duna, to celebrate the anniversary of XpatLoop.com. Thanks to everyone that attended, and contributed, a grand total of HUF 275.000,- was raised for the Smiling Hospital Foundation.

The Caledonia bar in Budapest hosted a St. Andrew's Day celebration last Thursday in the traditional Scottish way: by throwing a fantastic party!

150 guests enjoyed Scottish culture at its best on Saturday 25 November, including The Shott and Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band, many times 'world champions' who came over from Scotland with 4 drummers and 3 pipers thanks to Tesco.
