The Életmentő app (which literally means “life-saving” in Hungarian) was developed by the Hungarian National Ambulance Service together with Vodafone Hungary. It lets you request help from emergency services directly through your phone, and sends them your real-time location. No need to know the nearest cross street. No need to panic about explaining “we’re just past the bend with the plum tree.”

On the 21st and 22nd of October the creme of the ethical hackers will rally to take part of the biggest Central and Eastern European event for independent IT security professionals in Budapest for the 13th time. Hackers and other experts from twelve countries gather around to participate in this conference.
